“Seven Leadership Summits”

Set out on a leadership expedition with your team.  Together you will tackle seven leadership virtues.  Your team will study and complete challenges in these seven areas, e.g. courage, temperance, prudence, etc. You will leave no man or woman behind!  When every team member has completed a program, your team will have conquered a mountain, correlating with the highest summit of one of the seven continents of the world.  When your team has completed all seven programs and thus climbed all seven leadership mountains, together you will have achieved the “Seven Leadership Summits.”

“The Leadership Adventure Grand Slam”

You’re team has conquered the seven summits of the world—including the highest peak, Mt. Everest.  Where do you go from here?   You trek to the two poles!   Your team sequentially goes through two advanced leadership programs correlating with the South Pole and the North Pole.  Upon completion, your team will have completed what is called the “Adventure Grand Slam” in the world of leadership development.
