achieved through great sacrifice.
One
of the
LTrek®
signature Seven Leadership Summits™, LTrek Elbrus™, is a
distinctively creative leadership development program in
which your extraordinary venue becomes the mountain
students must triumph over! Students are challenged by
leadership and character development games and
activities throughout the day, while virtually
tackling the highest peak in Europe, which sits in
Russia.
Students are introduced to the snowy Mt. Elbrus and they
handle mountain climbing gear as they consider the
preparation involved for such a challenge. LTrek Elbrus™
activities correlate with the path to the peak of Mt.
Elbrus, a stratovolcano (dormant).
Just as each of LTrek’s Seven Leadership Summits™ explores a
different leadership virtue, LTrek Elbrus™ focuses on
“love.” Students learn that great heights are achieved
through great sacrifice. Through analogy and an
interactive presentation, students explore the
importance of caring for classmates and teammates,
community service and praising the contribution of
others.
All campers receive a certificate of completion upon
summiting LTrek Elbrus™, a magnificent leadership
adventure!
