Executive teams tackle the virtue of “faith” as it relates
to creating a collaborative work environment where everyone
is fully engaged and making meaningful contributions.
Participants explore how trustworthiness is an imperative in
the organization and wrestle with issues related to having
the faith to trust others.

core leadership skills which are addressed include practical
approaches to building trust and how to effectively empower
and delegate to others. Achieving challenging
organizational goals requires that leaders emerge in
extreme environments! Leaders
are described as those who achieve organizational goals by
empowering and fully engaging those you lead.

relate to the icy path to the summit of Mt. Vinson Massif.
Mt. Vinson Massif is the highest peak on the continent of
Antarctica located about 1,200 km from the South Pole.
