LTREK MCKINLEY
Where Others See Obstacles Leaders See Opportunities
VIRTUE: HOPE
Together, executive teams take on the virtue of hope. Taking
a path that emphasizes humility, and avoids the deadly
obstacle of hopelessness, participants explore the content
of the organization’s vision and the forces that hinder and
help progress toward achieving the vision.
The
core leadership skills explored are strategic thinking, goal
setting, and change management. Leaders are challenged to
provide a compelling and realistic picture of the future and
build commitment to change. Working toward realizing the
vision is sure to be a challenge, but where others see
obstacles, leaders see opportunities!
One of
the LTrek® signature Seven Leadership Summits™, LTrek
McKinley™, is a uniquely innovative leadership development
program in which the virtue of “hope” becomes “Denali” or
“the Great One” executive teams must tackle, virtually of
course! LTrek executive challenges and activities correlate
with the highest peak in North America at approximately
20,320 feet in Alaska’s the Denali National Park.
