SEVEN LEADERSHIP SUMMITS

LTREK KILIMANJARO

All Leaders are NOT Created Equal.

VIRTUE:  JUSTICE

How do leaders and organizations act fair in all their actions and work toward win/win solutions?  These are the questions executive teams consider when they tackle the virtue of “justice.”  Participants explore the pervasiveness of “justice” perceptions which are so critical in shaping the attitudes and actions of people.

The core leadership skills developed in this program are communicating and practicing fair leadership.  What a leader says and does shapes perceptions of the work environment which impact motivation, collaboration, and conflict.  When it comes to creating a justice, all leaders are not created equal.

The LTrek Kilimanjaro™ executive challenges follow a trail of camps that mark out key principles and practices required to master Kilimanjaro.  Mt. Kilimanjaro boasts the highest elevation on the wild and diverse continent of Africa at 19,341 feet above sea level.
