SEVEN LEADERSHIP SUMMITS

LTREK EVEREST

Leadership is not for the faint of heart.

VIRTUE:  COURAGE

Leaders must make the right decisions – not just make gutsy choices. Together, executive teams tackle the virtue of “courage.”  Participants explore leading from their personal mission, identifying shared “good” purposes, gaining shared commitment to the organizational mission and goals, and fostering an ethical environment within the organization.

The core leadership skills developed in this summit are ethical decision making, communicating with purpose, and finding the ethical voice to live true to one’s individual purpose and the organization’s mission and values. Avoiding the slippery slope of unethical actions and promoting good is not easy, but leadership is not for the faint of heart.

Executive challenges and activities correlate with the camps along the trail to the top of the world, the peak of Mt. Everest in the Kingdom of Nepal.
